The Tanawha Trail a 13.5 mile trail on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Beginning at Beacon Heights and ending at Price Lake there are miles upon miles of beauty.

Beacon Heights is the first stop on the hike and has two incredible overlooks.

From there you reach the rugged section of Stack Rock.

The Tanawha Trail slips under the Linn Cove Viaduct before climbing to Rough Ridge.

Once the Tanawha Trail reaches Rough Ridge the view is amazing. Rough Ridge is possibly the most beautiful view on the Blue Ridge Parkway

After Rough Ridge the trail descends toward Wilson Creek and is fairly easy for the rest of the trail.

The beautiful arch bridge over Wilson Creek is a great place to take a break and enjoy the small waterfall that slips down the mountain.

After Wilson Creek the trail passes through so many different kinds of forest getting ever closer to Price Lake.

Price Lake is the final point on the Tanawha Trail and it's a fitting place to relax and take in the view.
